Welcome to our new site. When we launched Brook-Hollow 2.0 in New Orleans at the beginning of February, we had no idea how much the world would change in two short months.

The new products launched in Brook-Hollow 2.0 provide our clients with more options and more freedom to manage their attorney fee income. We listened to client feedback, researched the marketplace and developed some exciting new features that take our industry leading deferral solutions to the next level!

During these uncertain economic times, having a plan, and sticking to that plan is critical. Brook-Hollow clients can rest assured that the custom solutions we provide will serve them well during the good times and the bad.

During AAJ there was talk about 2020 being a huge year for settlements, which will also mean a huge year for taxes.

It is important that contingency fee attorneys take this opportunity to strategize for their financial future. The ability to defer taxes, leverage your pre-tax income through a wide variety of investment options, and implement a forward-thinking plan will make the difference between doing “well” and positioning you, your firm and your family for generations to come.

WE’RE HERE FOR YOU.

The COVID-19 outbreak is an unprecedented challenge for all of us. As the financial markets and the “new normal” continue to evolve, Brook-Hollow Financial and Brook-Hollow Capital remain fully operational with our team working remotely to support you.

Brook-Hollow has been a leader in attorney fee deferrals since 2007. We weathered the recession in 2008 and we are still here to support you as we face another challenging time together. Please let us know how we can help!
